PhD student Giorgia Mancini has published in The Burlington Magazine. Her article History of a fake: the Virgin and Child with an angel after Francesco Francia in the National Gallery, London reveals the mystery behind a painting that has fooled leading connoisseurs and scholars through the twentieth century.
