Clive Gray's latest book - The Changing Museum: A History of New Walk Museum has now been published as part of Routledge's Research in Museum Studies series.

Drawing on interviews and on archive material, the book uses the 170 year history of New Walk Museum Leicester to reflect on how the work of the museum has been changed by social, political, economic and professional developments. The book is aimed at students, researchers, museum professionals and visitors with an interest in understanding the forces shaping these important institutions.
