Eleonora Belfiore's book chapter on the transformative power of the arts now published

Dr Eleonora Belfiore is the author of a book chapter entitled "The ‘Transformative Power’ of the Arts: History of an Idea" part of the multidisciplinary edited collection of essays entited The Routledge International Handbook of Creative Learning, edited by Julian Sefton-Green, Pat Thomson, Ken Jones and Liora Bresler and published in July 2011.
Eleonora Belfiore contributes opinion piece for new publication on freedom of expression in the arts
Dr Eleonora Belfiore has contributed an opinion piece entitled 'Controversy is good' for a recent publication edited by Julia Farrington and Natasha Lehrer entitled 'Beyond Belief: Theatre, freedom of expression and public order - a case study', published by Index on Censorship.

Arts in Crisis conference: call for papers
Clive Gray, along with colleague Cecile Doustaly from the University of Cergy-Pontoise in Paris, has organised a conference to discuss the consequences of cuts in government support for the cultural sector in Britain and France.
