Project Management for Cultural Enterprise
This module is a Summer Applied Module (core) on the MA Arts Enterprise and Development
The module establishes Project Management planning, skills and techniques, and identifies the limits and constraints of established Project Management. It fosters a critical interest in a methodologies for Project Management (for cultural enterprises), and within that context facilitates a field work situation where a new Project Management methodology can be implemented. It is expected that a live or online cultural event will be the project output.
