On this page you can sign up to the Drama Matters weekend event, taking place 24th - 26th July 2026 on Warwick University Campus.
Stay for the whole weekend, one night only, or attend the event as a day delegate.
Using the form below, you can book accomodation in the on-campus Bluebell Halls of Residence. If you'd prefer to stay on-campus in Radcliffe or Scarman, Warwick's conference centres, you can book a room directly via this website . They offer double rooms, as well as twin and single rooms, depending upon availability.

Event T&Cs
The University of Warwick will process the personal data you provide on this online form for the purpose(s) of managing attendance at an event, which includes recording your name alongside your attendance.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is consent, which is obtained through the submission of this online form. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting scapvcfinance@warwick.ac.uk before the event takes place.
However, you will not be able to withdraw consent once the event has taken place. Your personal data may be shared internally within the University e.g. other academic departments. Your attendance at the event will be recorded using your personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the UK, it will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of 9 months, after which it may be kept for internal record-keeping purposes.
