  • TaPRA Theatre and Performance Histories Working Group Convenor, 2022-2025.
  • Warwick's Rep for DramaHE (formerly SCUDD) 2019-2024. Organiser and host of the 2021 SCUDD Conference.
  • Executive Committee member for the Society for Theatre Research (STR) from 2012-2015. Founding Chair of the STR’s New Researchers’ Network (2012–2015). Member of the STR's Research Awards Sub-Committee 2023-Present.
  • Administrator for the 2014 International Federation for Theatre Research (IFTR) World Congress at Warwick.

  • Co-organiser of the 'Amateur Acts: Why Amateur Theatre Matters' conference at Warwick's palazzo in Venice, September 2025.
  • Co-organiser of the 'Teaching Theatre and Performance Histories' conference, alongside Dr Matt Franks. Hosted in Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Warwick, March 2024.
  • Organiser of the 'Amateur Theatre on Paper, in Print and in Practice' week-long workshop in London, May, as part of the European Research Council funded 'Performing Citizenship' project.
  • Co-organiser of 'Theatre Historians: who are we writing for?' conference alongside Prof. Claire Cochrane, Prof. David Wiles and Dr Matt Franks. Hosted in Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Warwick, March 2024.
