The four categories of support

The type of support you will need depends on what you are trying to achieve: defining goals; blueprinting designs; building; or operating. If possible, go through these steps in a linear sequence. If you are trying to achieve something new, and you haven't seen it done before at Warwick, you should always go through the blueprinting stage with people who know our systems well.
