Aayush Bhandari
BSc Economics
Learn more about Aayush
Hi, I’m Aayush, a final-year Economics student at the University of Warwick, originally from Delhi, India. I’m very passionate about startups and innovation, and I’m currently working on launching my own venture in the AI networking space. Building this startup has taught me the challenges of turning an idea into reality, which is why I’m eager to be part of Warwick Enterprise, to meet like-minded individuals and help others access the guidance and resources I once found hard to reach.
At Warwick Enterprise, I hope to contribute by supporting fellow founders in refining their ideas, connecting them to the right opportunities, and fostering a collaborative entrepreneurial community. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of technology, finance, and entrepreneurship, and I enjoy staying up to date by reading and listening to podcasts on these topics.
Beyond academics and startups, I love reading non-fiction, experimenting with new cuisines in the kitchen, and speed-cubing, currently working on mastering the 7x7 cube!
What motivates me: There is always someone building on the same idea.
Piece of advice I live by: Excellence is the baseline – purpose is the point
Current music obsession: Jerusalema by Master KG

Arthur Duke
MSc International Business
Learn more about Arthur
Hi, my name is Arthur. I recently graduated from the History and Politics programme at Warwick, during which I spent a year abroad studying at the University of Connecticut and Harvard University. I’m particularly passionate about the intersection of AI and sustainability within finance.
More recently, I have interned at Future Energy Solutions as a revenue facing business analyst, furthering my deep appreciation and drive for sustainability and innovation.
This year, I’m thrilled to be continuing my role as an Innovation Fellow at Warwick Enterprise after first taking it on last year. It’s been an incredible opportunity to help inspire young entrepreneurs to turn their ideas and passions into successful SMEs, and I’m excited to keep building on that experience.
Outside of my studies, I’m an avid golfer and the Second Team Captain of the University’s BUCS squad. I’m also a lifelong Fulham supporter, having come through their academy as a goalkeeper up to the age of 17. I also play two instruments in my spare time, the piano and jazz alto saxophone.
What motivates me: I’m motivated by the challenge of pushing myself to perform at my best, staying positive in every situation, and taking ownership of everything I do.
Piece of advice I live by: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.” — Winston Churchill

Hi, I’m Delcy, a Management student at Warwick with a strong interest in entrepreneurship and innovation. I grew up in a family business environment centered around real estate and manufacturing, which naturally sparked my curiosity about how ideas turn into sustainable ventures. I’m passionate about creating meaningful impact through business, whether that’s helping brands grow, solving real-world challenges, or exploring new ideas. At Warwick Enterprise, I want to explore and support student-led innovations while developing the skills to eventually build something of my own.
I love engaging with communities, whether it’s through leading initiatives like Women in Kickstart or connecting with people at events. As part of Warwick Enterprise, I’m excited to be in a space that doesn’t just support ventures but also inspires concepts, educates creators, and incubates impact. D'Nette Lewis
BASc Design and Global Sustainable Development
Learn more about D'Nette
I'm D'Nette, a designer and problem-solver passionate about creating sustainable solutions that bridge cultural perspectives and drive real-world impact across social, environmental, and economic principles. I am currently studying a BASc Honours in Design for Sustainable Innovation & Global Sustainable Development (Design & GSD). Being of Sierra Leonean heritage and growing up across the UK, America, and Kuwait shaped my belief that the most powerful innovations honour local context while addressing global challenges.
At Warwick Enterprise, I want to develop the entrepreneurial skills needed to bring sustainable design concepts to life, connect with fellow innovators, and learn how to build ventures that balance social impact with financial viability. Outside academics, I love exploring how design intersects with culture while expanding on my holistic outlook and translating sustainability concepts into actionable strategies that drive measurable change.
A piece of advice that has helped carry me through my studies is that everything happens for a reason and that we are each uniquely blessed for a purpose—when we honour our individual strengths, we contribute to collective flourishing.

Gunn Jain
BSc Management with Finance
Learn more about Gunn
Hi, I'm Gunn! I'm an international student from India studying Management with Finance at Warwick. I've always been passionate about building things — whether that's ideas, projects, or communities - and creating something that leaves a positive impact. Responsibility and innovation drive me, and I love being part of spaces where ideas turn into real change.
I joined Warwick Enterprise because I want to be at the heart of that process - learning how startup coaches help founders solve problems, launch ideas, and grow. I'm excited to connect with other entrepreneurial minds, share ideas, and take part in the many creative events happening across campus.
What truly motivates me is the idea of empowering women in both corporate and entrepreneurial fields - helping more women feel seen, capable, and successful. Outside of my studies, you'll probably find me trying out new coffees or cocktails, staying active through sports or trekking, or crocheting (which honestly feels like therapy — and a little entrepreneurial too!).
My favourite saying is "live and let live," and my forever mood-lifter is Saint Jhn's "Best Part of Life" — it always reminds me of my first time in London and why I love the journey I'm on.

Janhavi Sawant
MSc International Trade, Strategy and Operations
Learn more about Janhavi
Hi, I’m Janhavi, an international student from India, currently pursuing my Master's in International Trade, Strategy & Operations at the University of Warwick. I’m deeply fascinated by how different regions and cultures shape unique perspectives—each contributing to a shared world despite its ups and downs. I believe that diversity of thought is the foundation of innovation, and I’m always eager to explore and learn from it.
At Warwick Enterprise, I hope to bring in my experience as a founder to support and inspire fellow students. I started my first startup, a drone manufacturing startup, at the age of 19, which was later acquired by a listed firm. Here, I want to help students who are hesitant to take that first step—encouraging them to explore, experiment, and make the most of the incredible mentorship and resources WE offers. At the same time, I look forward to learning from others’ journeys and exchanging ideas that spark growth for all of us.
Outside academics, I love swimming and am excited to explore my long-lost passion for acting this year at Warwick. The one piece of advice I live by is simple yet powerful—"The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.". And when I need a moment of calm or reflection, my comfort song, “Kisi Ke Muskurahaton Pe” by Kishore Kumar, never fails to remind me of the beauty of kindness and purpose.

I’m absolutely thrilled to be an Innovation Fellow this year - I see this as an opportunity to help make this space open and welcoming for everyone - because creativity doesn’t come with a background or degree; it comes in all shapes, sounds, and sparks.
When I’m not working on new ideas, I’m on a never-ending hunt for the best iced coffee or matcha in town, singing, or exploring new places.
