I am a Chief Operating Officer at Allye Energy and a Non-Executive Board Director with WMG, with a background in leading and scaling engineering-led businesses. My experience spans automotive, battery energy storage systems, the integration of repurposed EV batteries, programme delivery, and engineering operations. I provide pragmatic, execution-focused insight at board level, helping leadership teams translate strategy into delivery while maintaining strong operational and governance controls.

I am particularly passionate about sustainable technology, operational excellence, and supporting organisations through periods of growth, change, and increasing complexity.

I use a rare mix of personal active front line sales experience, a deep understanding of academic research in sales, and 25 years as a consultant and trainer, working across multiple sectors and geographies, to help clients implement smart sales organisations. I am the author of the British Business Book Awards short-listed "Sales Management for Start-ups & SMEs".

As a seasoned financial professional, I bring more than a decade of experience driving strategic finance and business performance across multibillion-dollar Fortune Global 500 companies. My expertise includes corporate finance, FP&A, strategic planning, and budgeting, built across diverse industries such as financial services, insurance, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, CPG, and transportation. I’ve held senior finance leadership roles at leading organizations including MetLife, AIG, AT&T, MCI, McKesson, Novartis, Philips, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, delivering insights that inform executive decisions and enable sustainable growth.

I hold executive education in decision-making from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MBA from the University of Warwick, a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia, and an Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) certificate from Wharton Online.

I am a medical doctor turned investment officer for a family office. I have experience working in the NHS during COVID-19, and in life sciences venture capital, as well as being an active angel investor.

Currently Studying for an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School with a passion for supporting entrepreneurs to build quality businesses.

I am an internationally renowned entrepreneurship educator, business coach and company director who is passionate about helping individuals and organisations communicate their value with clarity, confidence, and impact.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial law and first-hand experience running my own successful business, I understand both the legal and operational challenges faced by business leaders. As a legal advisor I help established SMEs in protecting their business decisions with clear, practical advice.

I currently work as a legal director in the commercial team at HCR Wright Hassall. My expertise includes commercial and business advice, leadership and mentoring, and risk mitigation.

I am a Strategic Account Director and Transformation leader with an Executive MBA (from WBS) and extensive experience in CxO Advisory consulting at Cognizant. I have advised senior executives across industries on enterprise transformation, innovation strategy, and data‑driven decision‑making, guiding organisations through complex change and regulatory landscapes.

My expertise spans brand architecture, enterprise data strategy, and regulatory standards, with a focus on aligning technology with business outcomes. I am recognised for blending cultural insight with modern design to create narrative‑driven identities that resonate globally.

I am a strategy consultant and venture advisor specialising in life sciences, healthcare, and innovation-led growth. With over 15 years’ experience across biosciences, precision health, and sustainable innovation, my work bridges scientific expertise and commercial strategy to help early-stage ventures scale successfully.

PhD-trained and MBA-qualified (Warwick Business School), I have led cross-disciplinary programmes, secured over $6M in funding, and supported the development of market-ready health and nutrition solutions. I now advise founders and venture funds on market entry, investment readiness, and growth strategy, with a particular focus on translating complex innovation into clear, credible value propositions.
