I am a Chief Operating Officer at Allye Energy and a Non-Executive Board Director with WMG, with a background in leading and scaling engineering-led businesses. My experience spans automotive, battery energy storage systems, the integration of repurposed EV batteries, programme delivery, and engineering operations. I provide pragmatic, execution-focused insight at board level, helping leadership teams translate strategy into delivery while maintaining strong operational and governance controls.

I am particularly passionate about sustainable technology, operational excellence, and supporting organisations through periods of growth, change, and increasing complexity.

I am a cybersecurity consultant based in Switzerland, with experience helping organisations put practical security foundations in place as they grow. I have worked across regulated and high-assurance environments giving me a clear view of what “good” looks like, but also what is realistically achievable for smaller teams.

I focus on helping early-stage startups make sensible, proportionate decisions around security, architecture, governance and risk. I will work with founders to avoid over-engineering, prioritise what matters for customers and investors, and build security in without slowing delivery.

I use a rare mix of personal active front line sales experience, a deep understanding of academic research in sales, and 25 years as a consultant and trainer, working across multiple sectors and geographies, to help clients implement smart sales organisations. I am the author of the British Business Book Awards short-listed "Sales Management for Start-ups & SMEs".

As a seasoned financial professional, I bring more than a decade of experience driving strategic finance and business performance across multibillion-dollar Fortune Global 500 companies. My expertise includes corporate finance, FP&A, strategic planning, and budgeting, built across diverse industries such as financial services, insurance, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, CPG, and transportation. I’ve held senior finance leadership roles at leading organizations including MetLife, AIG, AT&T, MCI, McKesson, Novartis, Philips, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, delivering insights that inform executive decisions and enable sustainable growth.

I hold executive education in decision-making from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MBA from the University of Warwick, a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia, and an Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) certificate from Wharton Online.

I am a strategic marketing leader and the current Head of Client Marketing at Wellhub (Global unicorn $2.4b valuation | $1B ARR), with previous roles spanning Strategy, Marketing & Brand. With over a decade of experience across the wellbeing, tech, media, and hospitality sectors—including roles at CNN International Commercial and the Institute of Masters of Wine— I specialize in driving B2B & B2B2C growth and leading digital transformation.

As an alumna of The University of Queensland in Australia with a recent MBA from WBS, I excel at leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful subscriber and client engagement strategies. I am recognized for my ability to navigate complex global markets and my passion for promoting corporate health and employee wellbeing through innovative, data-driven marketing.

I am a strategic Product and Technology Leader with a career dedicated to delivering high-impact technical products across the healthcare and life sciences sectors. I am currently the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Cognitant and a Strategic Advisor at DNAnexus.

I specialize in guiding organisations through critical growth phases, whether it is from the "0 to 1" journey of a founding team to the more complex "1 to 100" scaling within multinational enterprises. My experience includes academic research, startup (including as a co-founder), and leading global genomics initiatives at the world’s largest healthcare company.

After working for large corporate companies, I founded a business in the electronics sector and ran it for 20 years before successfully exiting in 2018. This brought me a wealth of experience and understanding of the start-up process, business finances, the needs of both customers and suppliers, and employing the right people.

I started two further companies, which I have also now exited, before taking both non-executive and advisory board roles in an international machinery manufacturing company for 7 years. With over 40 years experience in technical, sales, marketing, strategy and management roles, I now spend time helping those starting out in business, which brings me great satisfaction, and the joy of supporting others on their business journey.

I train, coach and mentor for a living on national accelerators such as TechScaler, Barclays Eagle Labs and LawTech UK as well as on leading university programmes such the University of Edinburgh AI, Venture Builders and Fellows and University of Warwick Entrepreneurship and Female Founders.

I have worked with over 600 startups and scaleups to ensure customer needs drive business development covering all tech sectors with deep experience in b2b, AI and CyberSecurity having supported 14 cohorts through the NCSC, though my skills are tech and sector agnostic.

I have a ‘teacher-practitioner’ approach and specialises in offer and business model design and validation and customer acquisition. I am a certified practitioner in the Strategyzer Business Model Canvas and the Value Proposition Canvas.

I’m a Chemical Engineering PhD and Warwick Executive MBA graduate, working at the intersection of innovative chemical technology and commercial strategy. Currently at a specialty chemical JV between ExxonMobil and Shell, I help shape and deliver growth across industry and infrastructure applications. I’m passionate about bringing the mindset of large commercial companies to early‑stage ventures and translating ideas into scalable businesses.

I am a medical doctor turned investment officer for a family office. I have experience working in the NHS during COVID-19, and in life sciences venture capital, as well as being an active angel investor.

I am a member of the Tech UK Nations & Regions Council and have spent the last few years supporting tech, digital and creative businesses establish and grow in the UK. I have been a Director of Birmingham Open Media Limited for nearly three years.

Founder of 4 consumer brands across home decor, food, beauty, and footwear. I'm also a business coach. I help ambitious first time founders launch their own consumer brand - with the same process I used to launch 4 brands while being a wife and mom who didn't have unlimited time or money.

I’m the founder and director of SLT Media, a marketing agency supporting businesses across the UK and internationally for over 10 years. My background spans graphic design, branding, digital marketing and strategy, with a strong focus on practical execution and measurable results. Alongside running the agency, I’m involved in several business support initiatives, including the OPTIC Advisory Group focused on inclusive leadership and growth.

I’m also a participant in the UKEF Female Founder Export Accelerator, supporting businesses looking to expand internationally. I have co-founded several technology companies, including P2i and RolaTube Technology, and am Chair of the board of Rolatube. I provide consulting services, mainly for early-stage technology businesses. Previously, I was CEO of the University of Warwick’s technology transfer office, Warwick Innovations, establishing new spinouts and managing the University’s interests in over 25 companies. I was Programme Director for Innovate UK ICURe (Innovation-to-Commercialisation of University Research) and still support the Midlands Innovation delivery team as an assessor, panellist and mentor. I helped set up Midlands Mindforge, the new regional investment company. I am a non-executive director or trustee of Revolve-Tec, Frond Space Systems, UPS Pension Trustee, four local social enterprises and Chair of the Levantine Heritage Foundation.

As a legal advisor I help established SMEs in protecting their business decisions with clear, practical advice.

I work closely with founders to build confidence, clarify strategy and prepare for successful fundraising through a practical, collaborative approach. My background spans leadership roles in JLR Retail, Public Sector Business Growth & Team, Venture development.

I am an experienced engineering leader with a background in delivering complex product development programmes across the Automotive and Battery sectors. My experience includes working in both established organisations and scale-up environments, supporting teams through product development, industrialisation, and organisational transformation. I bring a balanced technical and commercial perspective as a Chartered Engineer with an MBA from Warwick Business School. In addition to my corporate experience, I have provided expert appraisals for early-stage investment rounds, supporting the assessment of technical feasibility, development risk, and execution capability.

I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of building something from the ground up. After more than a decade at a top-tier bank — learning the discipline of scale, structure, and risk management — I found myself increasingly motivated by a different question: What if the next big breakthrough doesn’t come from established players, but from bold new ideas? That curiosity led me into the start-up world, where I’ve spent the last ten+ years founding and scaling businesses across education, healthcare, engineering, and deep tech.
