Credit bearing Advanced Training application processes for ESRC funded students from Midlands Graduate School institutions

 
This is the Registration of Interest form for ESRC funded students based at one of the Midland Graduate School partner institutions wishing to undertake one of the credit bearing Advanced Training modules offered at the University of Warwick. Use this form to register for Advanced Training if you are either: • An ESRC funded student with the Nottingham or Birmingham DTCs; or • An ESRC funded student with the Midlands Graduate School DTP, and based at one of the following institutions: Nottingham, Birmingham, Leicester, Loughborough or Aston University of Warwick students should follow the 'ESRC funded students based at the University of Warwick' link at https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/cross_fac/esrcdtc/researchandtraining/advancedtraining Please provide us with the information requested below in order for us to be able to enrol you as an occasional student at Warwick. Please note that this is a registration of interest form only and further actions will need to be taken once the Warwick DTC staff have secured you a place on the module(s) in order to formal enrollment to be completed. You will receive an email in due course letting you know if a place of available for you on your selected module(s) and providing guidance through the enrollment process as appropriate.

Please confirm that you agree to provide a copy of your university admissions form from your home institution as this will be required to enrol you as an occasional student at Warwick (The Warwick ESRC DTP will request a copy once we have confirmed that there is availability on the module). (required)

We will use your personal data provided in this form to register you as an ‘occasional student’ in order to be able to enrol on your chosen module(s). Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, except with your Home institution in accordance with the Midlands Graduate School’s credit transfer agreement. From time to time anonymised information (e.g. class sizes) may be shared with other consortium members for monitoring purposes. By submitting this form you understand that your personal data will be collected by the University of Warwick for the purposes outlined above and the personal data will be kept for the lifetime of the Midlands Graduate School ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership.
