As the world becomes increasingly interdependent, socially and economically, universities have an increasing obligation to prepare graduates to function in a global environment. This includes the recruitment and pastoral care of international students, the encouragement of study and work abroad experience for home students, and the creation of an international and intercultural curriculum.
