This module explores the role of service users and professionals in assessment, selection, and feedback. It explores the different roles and responsibilities of service users, carers and professionals . Participants are introduced to a variety of assessment, selection, and feedback methods and will gain understanding of what knowledge is needed when assessing or selecting a student or an applicant.
