It will be processed by the DTP Consortium Manager only and will be seen in an anonymised and aggregated form by the MGS Management Committee and the ESRC after all decisions have been made, but your information will not be personally identifiable.

By submitting this form you understand that your personal data will be collected by the University of Warwick and shared on an anonymised basis with MGS colleagues and the ESRC for the purposes outlined above and that the personal data will be kept for the lifetime of the Midlands Graduate School ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership.
