Ching-I, one of our modelling post-doctoral researchers, made a flying visit last week to Kinshasa to attend the National Sleeping Sickness Control Programme Partner's meeting, during which she presented on behalf of the HAT MEPP team and caught up with several of the team's collaborators in the process.

Last week the team visited the national sleeping sickness team in Guinea to discuss their fantastic work as they aim to eliminate sleeping sickness in the country and how modelling can work alongside them to help support future decision-making.

Lots of networking and showcasing of the teams great work is underway at COR-NTD and ASTMH in Chicago. Kat presented HAT MEPP's Graphical User Interface on Tuesday with Sam, Ching-I and Chris presenting their HAT work at ASTMH throughout the course of the week. Good luck to all and enjoy!
