Warwick–Luxembourg Postdoctoral Exchange Programme (PEP):

We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Warwick–Luxembourg Postdoctoral Exchange Programme (PEP)—a collaborative initiative between the Institute of Advanced Study (IAS) at Warwick and the Institute for Advanced Studies at the University of Luxembourg.

This scheme supports six-month postdoctoral fellowships, enabling early-career researchers (up to seven years post-PhD) to undertake interdisciplinary research and international collaboration between the two institutions.

Key Features:

  • A six-month fellowship with mobility between Warwick and Luxembourg.
  • Joint mentoring by academic staff from both institutions.
  • A focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and public engagement.

Application Timeline:

  • Call opens: 1 October 2025
  • Application deadline: 15 December 2025 (2 pm CET)
  • Decisions announced: March 2026
  • Fellowships commence: 1 June 2026

Opportunity to get involved in engagement – Warwick PRIDE in STEM

To celebrate Queer History Month, Warwick PRIDE in STEM is hosting an evening of short talks from LGBTQIA+ scientists and we’d love for you to get involved! Whether you’ve already got a presentation ready or would like to use this opportunity to develop something new, this is a great opportunity to engage the public with your work!
