Discounted fees eligibility

Eligible developing countries

* Eligible developing countries are those as defined as Least Developed, Other Low and Lower Middle Developed Countries as per the official DAC list of ODA recipients. (Countries listed in the first columns here)
You will be asked to provide your address and nationality on booking.

Students

You will be asked to provide your student identification number on booking.
Proof of student eligibility will be required on site, either by way of letter from your institution or student ID card.

INWES members

Members registered with the following INWES member institutions are eligible for the discounted INWES fee, as well as individual INWES members and INWES board members. Please obtain an ICWES18 promotional code from INWES - you will need to enter this code when registering to obtain the discounted fee. You will be asked to indicate which institution you are a member of on booking.
