Biography
Pooria is a PhD candidate supervised by Professor Mehrdad Dianati and Dr Matthew Higgins.
Pooria received a B.Sc. (Exceptional Talent) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiraz University of Technology, Iran, and an M.Sc. in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran.
Pooria’s research focuses on channel prediction in vehicular communication systems. The highly dynamic nature of vehicular systems makes the prediction of future channel states crucial for V2X communications and autonomous applications. Also, he has worked on Visible Light Communication (VLC) and smart lighting in his M.Sc. and B.Sc
