PhD project

During my PhD I'm working to address the challenges posed by complex mixtures (e.g. petroleum) when analysed with ultrahigh resolution mass spectrometry.

At the University of Warwick, we use a Bruker SolariX FTICR-MS of 12 Tesla. This instrument enables to resolve hundreds of thousands of different molecules. Unfortunately, the tools to analyse those data aren't keeping pace with the advances.

I'm developing tools to address those new challenges using statistics and R programming.
