Nineties
Dr Stuart Hendren, MMath, 1996-2000
The four years I spent at Warwick were the most formative of my life. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I made great friends and only wish I could have kept in touch with more. I was inspired by the teaching of Prof. Roger Carter to do research in Finite Group Theory and completed my PhD at Birmingham under the supervision of Prof. Geoff Robinson. Now I work in the public sector applying what I learnt at Warwick to diverse subjects such as quantum information, uncertainty theories and artificial intelligence.
