The 14-item scale and the 7-item scale WEMWBS have been translated into a number of languages and some of these have been validated both psychometrically and qualitatively.

An important part of the translation process is to obtain two translations and two back translations from separate bilingual individuals who have not seen the original scale. A templateLink opens in a new window for comments on back translations is available for use.

The translations are available once you have registered to use WEMWBS, once registered you can view the translations and validation papers where available.
