Congratulations to Adair Richards, the first MOAC student to submit their PhD thesis.
Gibbet Hill Road temporarily reopen
Gibbet Hill Road is now open once again. However, there will be further major disruption to Gibbet Hill Road between now and the summer when National Grid Transco resumes work replacing a major gas main.
MOAC didn't win University Challenge this year
MOAC student Howard Lightfoot was on Warwick's team for this year's University Challenge. They made it to the quarter finals, where they were defeated by the eventual winners, Christ Church College, Oxford. Sadly the result was not quite as successful last year, when MOAC's Prakash Patel helped Warwick win the championship, but none the less, a very credible performance from all the team. Congratulations!
