Biology Departmental Seminars

This page is for historical interest only.

Biology now lists their seminars in an online calendar.

Please note that this is a COPY of the list maintained by the Department of Biological Sciences, which was available on their Staff Intranet (here ). However, access to this site is/was restricted to Biology computers, hence MOAC is making the seminar list available here as well. This list is not out of date.

There is a departmental seminar series held every Friday 1pm - 2pm in GLT2 (Gibbet Hill Lecture Theatre Two), which is in Biological Sciences (Gibbet Hill map) near the refectory ("Cafe Gibbet Hill").

These talks cover a range of topics, attended by most of the biology academics and biology PhD students (for whom this compulsory). The content should generally be accessible to MOAC students.

Summer Term 2008

Seminars in the Summer Term 2008 will start on 25 April 2008.

For a full list for the whole term please download the Seminar Programme

Spring Term 2008
