Other Intersts

I am a keen musician and am a member of several of the University's musical societies. I play the clarinet, saxophone, piano and most recently the flute, which I learnt for a production of West Side Story. I have been the principal clarinet of the University of Warwick Symphony Orchestra for the last 5 years, and whilst at Warwick I have been an active member of the Big Band, Wind Orchestra, Opera Warwick and Music Theatre Warwick. I have also conducted several ensembles, including the orchestra for Music Theatre Warwick's sell-out production of Beauty and the Beast, which was performed in the Warwick Arts Centre Theatre. Earlier this year I was given the opportunity to perform Weber's 2nd Clarinet Concerto with the Symphony Orchestra in the Butterworth Hall, which was an amazing, if slightly nerveracking, experience!
