Other Interests

I headed the committee in 2012 and 2013 to organise the MOAC and Systems Biology (now annual) Christmas ball. On both occasions, we had a wonderful evening and celebrated Christmas in style!

I have played the flute in the University of Warwick Wind Orchestra since I joined the university in 2007, and have held three exec positions - Concert Manager, Treasurer and President.

I have recently joined the women's barbershop choir The Belles of Three Spires. The choir were chosen to perform in the Olympic Park as part of the Paralympic Closing Ceremony celebrations in September 2012. With "The Belles" I have gained an NCFE Level 3 Award in Achieving Excellence in a Vocational Skill.
