This small application is a GUI for the docking software, AutoDock Vina. Please note, AutoDock Vina does not come with this application, but is available for free from the creators here
. The path to the binary (in path/bin) has to be set using the menubar option. This application is released under an Academic licence. Any academic use is permitted, otherwise please get in touch.
