Vidyalakshmi Muthukumar
My name is Vidyalakshmi. I started my PhD program at the University of Warwick in September 2013. I love doing research in science and engineering. I am familiar with and will be using both experimental and computational tools to study the organization of divisome components, primarily FtsZ which is a key conserved protein mediating bacterial cell division. With this project I want to go further in the direction of solving the jigsaw puzzle biological systems present at cellular and molecular level, as there in lies the present and the future of our healthcare systems.
