How to use your ActiWatch & Survey Signals Video:
This video has been put together by our team to help with setting up your ActiWatch and Survey Signals registration on the first day of participation. If you have any questions or issues with setting up for your sleep-tracking period, please get in touch with us and a member of our team will be happy to provide individualised help!
