This form will be used to manage attendance at an event. Your attendance at the event will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event.

During the event we may take photographs and record video for use in future FSEM promotional materials (website, social media and printed publications). We process these images under our legitimate interests in promoting FSEM activities, and will retain them for up to five years before secure deletion. If you wish to opt out of being photographed or recorded, please email FSEMECRSymposium@livewarwickac.onmicrosoft.com with “Photo opt‑out” in the subject line at any time.
