Development of Cyber teaching VMs
Development of Cyber teaching VMs
Research Group Activity
Cyber security |
Project Description
The Cyber Security Centre has invested in a state of the art OpenStack cloud storage infrastructure. This infrastructure enables the teaching team to establish complex VMs for teaching purposes. During this internship, you will be establishing a set of base VMs that can be used for teaching in the 2023-2024 academic year across all levels (Year 1 UG to MSc). You will source sample VMs already in use and replicate them on OpenStack. You will then test these, and produce a small guide on how to deploy/use them, and how to develop more VMs. You will also perform some stress testing to establish their efficacy for use in a classroom. |
