As WMG hits its 40th anniversary, hear from Margot about some of our key milestones, achievements and memories over the past four decades, and the vision for the future.

Since WMG was founded in 1980 by Professor Lord Bhattacharyya, we have embraced an ethos of doing things differently. Our people reflect that difference as we have sought to attract a diverse community of talented individuals from across the globe.
