Our mediators are all accredited mediators. They have undergone 40 hours of mediation training with an approved Civil Mediation Council and International Mediator Institute trainer and passed an intense practical assessment which involves observation of their mediation practice.

Many of our mediators are also working towards or have achieved status as CMC/IMI accrediated mediators which is formal professional recognition of their abilities as mediators. Assessment involves additional observaton of their mediation practice by a CMC/IMI assessor.
