Mediation training
Warwick Mediation in collaboration with Essential Mediation Solutions offers a range of training courses and can work with you to develop bespoke training to help de-escalate conflict and work towards solutions.

Civil and Commercial, and Workplace Mediation Training
We offer online mediation training that is accredited by both the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and the International Mediation Institute in collaboration with Essential Mediation Solutions. This takes place over five days with an optional CMC assessment day. Aftercare includes support with CMC registration requirements and opportunities for observation for CMC compliance.

Mediation Representation Training Course
For those who want to know how to represent a client and negotiate in an effective manner in mediation. Please contact us for group enquiries for our Mediation Representation Course.
Part one: Introduction to Mediation (90-120 minutes)

A foundation session for those with no previous mediation qualifications or experience.
Part two: Negotiation in Mediation (3 hour)

Part three: The Practice of Mediation Representation (3 hour)

The Introduction to Mediation and Negotiation in Mediation are stand alone modules. However, both are pre-requisites to The Practice of Mediation Representation module, unless you have a previous understanding of mediation, in which case only Negotiation in Mediation is required.
All three modules combined equate to a certificate in Mediation Representation.
