The sixth post-doctoral workshop on the World Bank coincided with the Annual Bank Conference on Development Economics. The event was convened by Diane Stone on behalf of CSGR and the Researchers Alliance for Development.  Other partners include GARNET and the World Bank. The third and final meeting to disseminate the report of the ESRC Project on Geographical Indications and Localisation takes place in Geneva on 2^nd December 2009.

The Warwick Manuscript Development (WMD) sessions begin this week, with ten early career authors who have a single authored manuscript in development discussing their ideas with ten discussants from the UK, northern Europe, Australia, and the U.S. Featured authors from CSGR include James Brassett, Paul Lewis, and Eleni Tsingou.
