Samuel McPhilemy

Dr Samuel McPhilemy is a Visiting Fellow in the Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation and is a Policy Analyst in the Structural Policy Division of the Prudential Policy Directorate at the Bank of England. He has previously worked as a researcher and expert contributor at Oxford Analytica.


Dr McPhilemy’s research examines the changing roles and practices of central banks and the evolving architecture of financial governance and financial stability policy in the aftermath of the global financial crisis of 2008-09.
