Taniya Siddiqui

Research Assistant

Taniya Siddiqui joined Findem as a postgraduate student at the University of Warwick pursuing her master's in public policy as a Chevening Scholar. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Lahore School of Economics in Pakistan with a political science major and a management minor.

Prior to joining Warwick, she worked as a strategy consultant for Intellia. At this MENA-based boutique strategy consulting firm, she worked with private sector conglomerates and public sector clients, which includes the UAE government. Her work as a consultant explored various sectors such as tourism, healthcare, governance, finance, and trade and commerce.

Her research interests focused on climate finance, tech policy, and driving civic engagement, all catering to a Global South perspective.

Louis O'Sullivan

Project Researcher

Louis O’Sullivan was a PhD student in Economics at the University of Leeds. His research interests include development economics, political economy, and international political economy, with a regional focus on Southeast Asia and Indonesia in particular. Louis was a visiting researcher at Universitas Indonesia between July and December 2023. His PhD thesis is a mixed-methods study of the constraints on Indonesian productive development in the long durée, employing Marxian insights from dependency theory and the literature on international financial subordination.

Previously, Louis took his MA in International Political Economy at King’s College London, and his BSc in Government at the London School of Economics.
