Two PPE Graduates Win OSCAs
We are delighted to announce that two 2023 PPE graduates have won Outstanding Student Contribution Awards (OSCAs) at this year’s graduation ceremony.
The OSCAs recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions of Warwick's students. They not only excel academically, but also find the time to campaign for good causes, fundraise, start small business, and work with local charities.
Find out more about the work Bethan Smith and Kieran Barry won their OSCAs for.

We are delighted to announce that a PPE graduate was the Global Winner in the Economics category at the Global Undergraduate Summit.
The Global Undergraduate Awards is an international academic awards programme that recognises originality, innovation, and excellence at the undergraduate level. The Economics category was won by Warwick PPE graduate Beatriz Sasse.

Warwick PPE Graduate Receives Student Social Mobility Award
Warwick PPE graduate Vikram Khosla received an upReach Ten award at the 2020/21 Student Social Mobility Awards.
The upReach Ten are the ten students across the whole of the UK who, in the opinion of the judges, were most likely to achieve outstanding personal or career success.
Commenting on his award, Vikram said:
“It was a complete surprise to me! I’d been shortlisted for two of the other awards which I didn’t win on the day. Then at the end they announced the upReach Ten awards and I was delighted to receive this one as it encapsulates both my volunteering and mentoring work and my commitment to doing well in my own career.”
Congratulations to Vikram!
Warwick PPE win SSLC of the Year
We are delighted to announce that the PPE Staff Student Liaison Committee won ‘SSLC of the year’ at the Student Voice and Impact Awards last week.
The awards aim to recognise and celebrate students who advocate and create change for the student experience. Warwick SU praised the PPE SSLC for the work they consistently do to represent the voices of students, especially those of joint honours students, despite the additional challenges they have faced this year due to the pandemic. The Students Union recognised how incredibly hard the SSLC have worked to maintain a strong online presence, which is down to the dedicated and passionate committee.
We are incredibly proud of the SSLC and all their hard work. Congratulations to everyone involved!
