📢 Student Marketing and Recruitment Ambassador (Mandarin Speaker) -open to UG, PGT and PGR students in Education Studies📢

Are you a current student in Education Studies? Are you a confident communicator and passionate about sharing your university experience? We’re looking for enthusiastic Student Marketing and Recruitment Ambassadors!

Pay:You will be paid£13.01per hour (plus £1.57 per hour of holiday pay).

About the Role:In this paid position, you’ll help promote our courses and connect with prospective students and offer holders through -

✅ Supporting on-campus, off-campus and online recruitment outreach events, including assisting with the preparation and conclusion of events, and talking with prospective students and other audiences about studying at Warwick.

✅ Preparing and presenting presentations for prospective students and other public audiences.

✅ Posting social media content and answering questions from offer holders in social media groups.

✅ Writing blogs and profiles for use on social media, University websites and in offer holder comms.

✅ Calling offer holders and applicants to share personal experiences and advice.

✅ Participating in film testimonials and social media takeovers.

You canchoosewhich activities you take part in based on your strengths and interests. You will only be asked to represent your own department.

Skills and experience needed:

✔️ Good understanding of your degree course and modules.

✔️ Ability to speak confidently with prospective students and their families and friends (essential)

✔️ Excellent verbal communication skills (e.g., to present to large groups, to share your experiences with prospective students).

✔️ Familiarity and confidence with social media platforms such as Instagram, WeChat and Little Red Book (only applicable for students involved directly in social media work.

✔️ Teamwork skills and the ability to work well with staff and fellow ambassadors.
