CSWG Meeting
The new academic year is upon us, so we are writing to invite you to the first CSWG meeting of the new academic year, open to both staff and students across all Warwick departments.
This is a face to face meeting where we will be discussing our plans for activities in the Centre for the Study of Women and Gender for the next few months, including:
- possible events and workshops (if you have ideas for speakers or topics, or you’d like to get involved in organising an event, we want to hear from you!)
- upcoming events and seminars (you can find a list of them here)
- the Centre’s graduate seminar series
- new MA and PhD modules
- links to other feminist reading groups, events and initiatives on campus
- how we can support feminist campaigns on campus and beyond – including campaigns in support of trans rights
- any other ideas you may have to continue creating spaces at Warwick for thinking and action in relation to gender and feminism
If you are interested in getting involved with CSWG or just finding out more about our activities, please do join us for this meeting.
We ask you to RSVP by clicking here: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/soc/sociology/research/centres/gender/archive/rsvpmeeting
If you cannot join us and would like to send any questions or suggestions for discussion, do not hesitate to get in touch with us on cswg@warwick.ac.uk
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible there!
