My Bio

As the Operations Director for Warwick Global Academy my role is to lead and manage all professional staff in the Department ensuring that the professional services function can support the Department's vision. I work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Department and the Executive to shape, deliver and support the strategy across all areas of departmental activity.

My role spans strategic planning, budget management, academic administration, governance, compliance, international engagement, marketing and recruitment, business development and operational management across our portfolio of programmes including the International Foundation Programme, Pre-sessional English, Summer Schools and Short Courses.

I have 25 years of experience in Higher Education and have worked in a number of roles including marketing, recruitment and admissions, student experience, projects and business development. I have worked at the University of Warwick since 2013 previously in the Department of Economics and Warwick in London heading up marketing, recruitment and student experience. I am CIM, Prince2 and MSP qualified and have a degree in English Studies.
