Implementation Toolkit

A research team led by Professor Graeme Currie at Warwick Business School received funding from Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) to study the development, implementation and sustaining of innovation to support the journey of care experienced young people into adulthood. This research identified the following ingredients to support innovation: cultivation of a receptive context for innovation; distribution of leadership; co-production with service users; developing multi-level outcome measures against which you monitor progress; continual learning to adapt the innovation as it is implemented.

Derived from our research, we have developed an Implementation Toolkit, which encompasses a learning resource focused upon successful cases of innovation, and a diagnostic tool to assess your readiness for innovation. To access the Implementation Toolkit, you should register your details below. One suggestion for using the Implementation Toolkit is that you and your team watch the videos of successful innovation and accompanying commentary, and then follow this with completion of the diagnostic tool to assess where you are strong and where improvement is required regarding ingredients for innovation. Following which you develop an action plan to help support your innovation journey.

Do you give us permission to contact you in the future to discuss the implementation toolkit?
