Gary Kerridge speaks alongside Caroline Nevan, Head of Service for Preparation for Adulthood (PFA) at Birmingham City Council, to the Birmingham City Council Health and Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee on the PFA innovation. The focus is Gary's interim report, which includes examination of PFA's objectives, structure, coproduction, sustainability and identity. Gary and Caroline also take questions from the committee around outcomes, funding, core drivers and addressing the "transition cliff edge".
