Giving effective presentations - Wednesday 31 October

Want to get top marks in your assessed presentations? Want to learn more about what makes a great presentation? Want some informal presentation practice?

In this session, you will learn how to structure the introduction to a presentation, and in small groups you will then practise delivering introductions to a number of talks on business related topics. You will study typical mistakes that international students commonly make with language and pronunciation when presenting. You will learn some practical tips for improving your presentation skills e.g. how to maintain the interest of your audience using your voice.

This workshop is for Postgraduate Students only and will run Wednesday 31 October, 15.30 – 17.00, in Room 2.004
