The form is for you to register you interest in the team building sessions. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you are signed in to Warwick to fill out this form. This form will close after all places have been filled.

Please only register for a place if you are committed to attending.

On this form you can register a 1st and 2nd choice or if you are only interested in the one slot please indicate this. However, please be advised that as trips are allocated on a first come first served basis, not selecting other slots will not increase your priority.

Those who have been successful in securing a place will be notified by 4pm on Friday 14^th March 2025. Students who have not been successful will be added onto the waiting list and will also be emailed by 4pm Friday 14^th March 2025 to advise them of this.
