For the first event spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. For subsequent events we prioritise students who have not been allocated a trip before and then if there is space, we allocate other students.

We always open forms at 8:30am, so all students have the chance to apply. Submissions before 8:30am will be deleted.

Please read our FAQ's. This includes information on how you can join the waiting list when the form has closed.
