Global Collaboration: Chinese Universities Visit Warwick to explore Student Wellbeing

The University of Warwick was proud to host a delegation from universities across China, all working in professional support services. Their visit, coordinated by Oxford Prospects, formed part of a UK-wide tour to explore best practices in student wellbeing support within higher education.
Warwick was selected as a key stop on the delegation’s UK itinerary, recognised for our exemplary student support services and innovative approaches to student wellbeing. The visit provided an opportunity to highlight the breadth and depth of support available to students at Warwick, from mental health and counselling services to academic and careers guidance.

A delegate said "Having the opportunity to visit the University of Warwick proved to be an incredibly motivating and uplifting experience for all of us. We were impressed by the university’s comprehensive and well-rounded commitment to promoting the overall wellbeing and welfare of its students. It was clear that every aspect of their approach is thoughtfully designed to support students not only academically but also emotionally and socially."
This engagement reflects Warwick’s ongoing commitment to international collaboration and knowledge exchange in higher education. By sharing our practices and learning from global peers, we continue to strengthen our support frameworks and contribute to a more connected and compassionate academic community.
