Our Above & Beyond Awards are your chance to shine a light on the people who make you proud to work at Warwick, and who bring our valuesLink opens in a new window to life.

Each term, there will be two award winners – one selected by Stuart Croft, our Vice-Chancellor, and one chosen by your votes. 

We'll share the brilliant work of those on the shortlist, and you, our staff community, will have the chance to vote for your winner.

So - who do you know who is going forward and further with their inspirational work? Who is thinking freely in a creative and innovative way? Who is clearly embracing diversity to help us thrive on difference?

Perhaps you would like to recognise a colleague or team for creating connections across departments or disciplines? Or you know someone who excels at sharing opportunities to support the development of others.

We look forward to hearing your stories about those colleagues truly going above and beyond.
