Gibbet Hill Mental Health and Wellbeing Day

Come and join us for a day dedicated to your wellbeing! There'll be lots of information about keeping healthy, tea sampling, a healthy breakfast demo, shoulder massages, a smoothie bike and much more!

We'll also be running some free practical taster sessions during the day, including:

  • Mindfulness
  • Salsa dancing
  • Hula-hooping
  • Stretch and relax
  • No kit no problem (get some exercise without working up a sweat!)
  • 'Make some noise' music session
