Outline of workshop
In times of such fast change, and with so much information bombarding us every day, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, swamped with things to do, unfocused, and sometimes as if things are beginning to slip out of control. These feelings can easily snowball leaving you feeling stressed, less motivated, and unhappy. The main problem is that most of us haven't been shown how to manage ourselves in the 21st Century. If we're still using the 'time management' techniques that were big in the 80's, then we're out of date. What worked then can actually worsen your problems now. You need a new way of working, and managing your actions that leaves you on top of everything, making your life at work easier, more fluid, more controlled, and more rewarding. This interactive and inspiring workshop on 'Self Management' will give you plenty of practical tips and tools that will do just that, helping you to get more done in less time, more easily, and more enjoyably.
