This Open Day is for staff members - Please feel free to drop in and have a look round our new facilities.

Light refreshments will be available and there will be lots of information and advice available to help you stick to those New Year resolutions!

• How to lead a healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise, smoking cessation, drinking sensibly, effects of Stress
• Come and have your Blood Pressure, pulse, weight and body fat measured
• Arrange an appointment to discuss any health concerns you may have in confidence

Gain an insight into the type of work we carry out, our health surveillance program, and the new range of services we are now able to offer since our move, ensuring the Health and Safety of our staff, and how we work as a team to support staff to rehabilitate back into work following illness and injury.
