South Shropshire is a classic area for studying geology in the field. Here among Housman's 'Blue Remembered Hills' we will see a wide variety of rock types and structures and develop an appreciation of their influence in fashioning some superb scenery. The day will include short walks so you will need stout footwear, waterproofs and food and drink in a small bag.
